Our comprehensive approach is built on the belief that care should be personalized, based on the unique needs of the individual. We follow the practices of Functional Medicine to supplement improving overall health. This is not a replacement to standard preventative care but a part of comprehensive, collaborative care. Our goal is to provide you with the techniques to thrive, and not become a life-long patient
Your journey begins with in-depth consultations with our board certified specialist. The initial consultation with your health coach will take around 60 minutes and an additional 60 minutes with our registered dietitian.
Our consultations sessions will take a deep dive into your health concerns and attempt to get to the root-causes of potential dysfunction within your body. We aim to improve your overall health, vitality, longevity, and recovery
Recommendations will be based on your unique factors that shape your health.

What We Offer
We are a cash only service currently only available for Missouri residence
Initial Consultation
$350
Your journey to health optimization begins with in-depth consultations with our board certified specialist. This fee covers consultations with 2 specialist, your lifestyle coach and our dietitian These consultations will take around 60 min each
In this first session we will take a deep dive into your health concerns and attempt to get to the root-causes of potential dysfunction within your body followed by our initial recommendations
Follow-up Consultations
$200 per session
Follow-up consultations will take around 45 minutes. This time will be used to review your progress and address any new concerns . We will review biometrics, laboratory data, and other analytical data to modify recommendations based on your individualized needs
Nutrition Counseling Only
$200 Initial Consult
If you are only interested in nutritional support our certified dietitian will conduct an initial 60 minute evaluation and provide recommendations based on your goals.
Additional request for individualized nutritional counseling for established customers will be priced at $100 per session
Labs
$50
You may contact us for request of specific laboratory panels without using our consultation service. We will help you order specific labs based on your concerns and help you navigate their diagnostic information
